He also has been associated with Boston restaurants, including Legal Sea Foods and Grill 23, and has worked for Aramark at Fenway. He has more than 20 years of experience, most recently as an executive sous chef for Catered Affair in Boston, where he worked for eight years. Veilleux is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Both chefs have previously worked in professional kitchens and bring passion and talent to Peppers, according to the owners. Eric Zediker of Lancaster is new chef de cuisine. Jason Veilleux of Reading is the new executive chef who oversees the culinary team at Peppers.
